Howard Hughes Holdings Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the development and operations of master planned communities (MPC) in the United States. It operates through three segments: Operating Assets, MPC, and Strategic Developments. The Operating Assets segment consists of developed or acquired retail, office, and multifamily properties, as well as other real estate investments. The MPCs segment is involved in the development and sale of land in large-scale, long-term community development projects in and around Las Vegas, Nevada; Houston, Texas; and Phoenix, Arizona to homebuilders and developers. The Strategic Development segment builds commercial properties, including residential condominiums and commercial property projects currently under development. Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas.
