TriLinc Global Impact Fund, LLC, through its subsidiaries, invests in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). It uses the proceeds raised from the issuance of units to invest in SMEs through local market sub-advisors in a portfolio of financial assets, including direct loans, loan participations, convertible debt instruments, trade finance, structured credit, and preferred and common equity investments, as well as invests in developed economies. TriLinc Global Impact Fund, LLC was incorporated in 2012 and is based in Manhattan Beach, California.
